The Merkaba Lifetime Warranty
Merkaba creates heirloom quality jewelry pieces designed to radiate light for years to come. We promise impeccable quality and aesthetic perfection of every item we make. Each piece is held to the highest manufacturing standards and guaranteed to be free of any defects, for life. Should you receive a Merkaba product that appears to be defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to remedy the issue. If necessary, we will be happy to arrange shipment back to us for inspection or repair. Upon arrival, the item will be subject to a thorough examination by the Merkaba inspection team. If the item is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective parts. If no defect is found, or the damage is the result of excessive force or regular wear, the item will be sent back at the client’s expense. Merkaba reserves the right to refuse repair and void warranty if the piece has been altered or repaired by a third party without written authorization from Merkaba. Warranty is void if an item is damaged beyond repair, but we can offer assistance in filing a claim with your insurance company.
It is our hope that Merkaba jewelry will bring light to your life for years to come. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund, within 10 days of delivery. (Items altered at the client’s request are final sale.) To initiate a return, please contact Merkaba by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance. Merkaba accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once Merkaba receives the item, it typically takes 7-14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
